Loppington 1.8 miles. Grange Barn is former agricultural building in a tranquil spot amongst the countryside of Burlton. The building is situated in a 500 acre arable farm with ample public footpaths and nearby cycle routes. With off-road parking and a pub close by, as well as range of attractions to choose from, this property is ideal for friends and family looking to explore Shropshire. Park off-road in the ample spaces and unpack into this charming, contemporary property, discovering a large, spacious social hub in an open-plan room featuring expansive views. This opulent space houses a stylish sitting area where guests can put their feet up after a long day of exploring the local area, a contemporary kitchen with ample equipment, and a dining table, as well as access to a large utility. From here, dine alfresco in the rear, enclosed space, or take in the sunshine and stunning countryside views from the patio, overlooking your own private meadow and creating the perfect spot for a tipple in the sunshine. Loppington is a small hamlet resting in Shropshire, offering one local pubs, The Dickin Arms, there is another in Burlton, The Burlton Inn from here you can find a convenience store and pub at Cockshutt, a supermarket and other shops in Wem and beyond there, you will find the lovely market town of Whitchurch. Visit Shropshire Falconry, or stroll beside Whixall Marina or Colemere. Watersports activities can be found at Ellesmere, as well as walks around The Mere. Twelve miles away you will find Shrewsbury, the county town of Shropshire. Filled with Tudor and Medieval buildings, the town boasts a castle, abbey and theatre. There are numerous independent shops and cafes to visit. Shrewsbury is home to Attingham Park, a fabulous National Trust property situated in 200 acres of parkland, providing dog-friendly walks and boasting a huge children’s play area. Shropshire is home to Ironbridge, a World Heritage Site and just across the border you will find the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, another UNESCO WHS. Other local attractions including Fenn’s Whixall & Bettisfield Mosses National Nature Reserve and the River Dee Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
