Spacious luxurious 5 bedroom barn conversion in a glorious rural setting in the Blackdown Hills AONB, with valley views and a lawned garden. With an onsite outdoor hot tub as well as a barrel sauna, this is a great place to relax and unwind on a break with family or friends.

Pet-friendly, up to 2 well behaved pet pooches are welcome.

Underfloor heating is a feature throughout the ground floor making this a great house whatever the season.

There is a large luxurious kitchen ideal for self-catering, a dining area for eating altogether and a lounge where you can cosy up by the woodburner and watch a film on the projector with huge 8ft x 4ft ‘screen’ via Amazon Firesticks or Netflix, as well as a utility room and boot room.

The 5 bedrooms comprise of:

o A bedroom on the ground floor with zip and link beds (can be arranged as a super king size bed or a twin bed) and a pull-out single bed, and an en-suite shower room,

o A bedroom with a 5ft double bed, big windows to maximise on the superb valley views and a luxurious en-suite shower room,

Outside, this holiday home continues to charm with its generous terrace where you can dine alfresco or sit out in the sun. There is a gas BBQ and a fire pit for cooking outdoors on summers evenings.
