Y Stabal is definitely a country cottage for children or animal lovers; a menagerie of farm and domestic animals is on this small farm for guests to see and stroke. The three bedroom two bathroom barn conversion sleeps up to six people in a high degree of comfort. Everything about this cottage is lovely, including the scenery it stands in. This part of Denbighshire is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a rural spot that delights the eyes at every turn.
Inside, the cottage is cosy; there is a large nicely proportioned sitting room with chairs arranged around the woodburner and a good view of the widescreen TV. A high quality oak modern kitchen and a dining area is a pleasant room for preparing those picnic lunches for day trips and heating up meals. The Offas' Dyke long distance park follows part of the course of the river, a pleasant place to walk with views of the water and a chance of spotting kingfishers. Llandegla Forest is a short drive away for those who enjoy woodland scenery.

This cottage is just over 10 miles north west of Wrexham and an ideal place for a country break for anyone living in the city of Chester or the Wirral. Sunny days on the north Wales beaches at Prestatyn or Rhyl are also within easy reach for a day out.
